Full Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of schools, providing support and consultation to operational colleagues.

  • Offer therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to support young people in achieving positive outcomes.

  • Conduct assessments, set therapeutic goals, and provide ongoing recommendations for support.

  • Develop and deliver therapeutic and psychological training to staff as part of our Therapeutic Academy.

  • Benefit from regular supervision and CPD opportunities and contribute to service development activities.

    HCPC registered with a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy.

  • Experience working with Children and Young People, or relevant transferable skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, and experience in teaching, training, or supervision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

    Role: We are seeking a dedicated part-time Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding Therapeutic Team! This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 pro rata.
