Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organised individual to take on the role of Exam Access Arrangements Coordinator. Reporting to the Deputy Head of ALS, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the exam access arrangements for all eligible learners across North Kent and Hadlow College sites. This role requires strict adherence to the College's systems and processes, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are applied for and approved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate exam access arrangements across all College sites.

  • Ensure compliance with College systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of all related paperwork.

  • Manage high volumes of data and spreadsheets, prioritising workloads to meet business needs.

  • Conduct psychometric testing, with the requirement to hold or obtain a relevant qualification within the first 12 months of employment.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of access arrangements or related processes, or relevant transferable experience.
