  • Assisting young people with hobbies, social activities, and new skills development.
  • Supporting morning routines, ensuring a positive start to the day with a good breakfast and preparation for school.
  • Preparing evening meals and creating a safe, nurturing space for relaxation at home.
  • Encouraging young people to reach their full potential and experience new opportunities.
  • Providing person-centred care as part of a small, supportive team, with a reflective and relationship-based approach.
  • This role will involve working a combination of days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

    We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in the West Midlands region.,
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce.
  • Experience working in a Children's Residential Home.
  • A full UK driving licence.
