- Assisting young people with hobbies, social activities, and new skills development.
- Supporting morning routines, ensuring a positive start to the day with a good breakfast and preparation for school.
- Preparing evening meals and creating a safe, nurturing space for relaxation at home.
- Encouraging young people to reach their full potential and experience new opportunities.
- Providing person-centred care as part of a small, supportive team, with a reflective and relationship-based approach. This role will involve working a combination of days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce.
- Experience working in a Children's Residential Home.
- A full UK driving licence.
