Do you have expertise and experience working in education and helping students reach their full potential? If so, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. We're not asking for formal qualifications necessarily but we would like to see evidence of your ability to thrive in this type of position.

Impactful Work: As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on students' lives. You'll inspire a love for learning, boost confidence, and help students achieve their academic goals.

Supportive Environment: Join a team of educators who are dedicated to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. Ongoing training and resources are provided to help you excel in your role.

Variety of Subjects: Tutoring could be across a range of subjects and ability levels. You could be working with children and young people with a range of additional learning needs including Autism, SEMH, PMLD or perhaps children have been excluded from school or work better in a tutor-led environment.

Flexible Schedule: A work-life balance is important. You can choose from flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.

Responsibilities:

· Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.

· Assess students' learning needs and create customised lesson plans.

· Monitor and track student progress.

· Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.

· Collaborate with parents and educators to support students' academic growth.

Degree Qualified or equivalent

· Strong subject knowledge and a passion for working with children and young people.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

· Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.

If you're ready to share your knowledge, inspire learners, and help them succeed, we want to hear from you! Join our team and be part of a rewarding educational journey.
