Full Job Description

If so, Fleet Education Services invites you to become a vital part of our team as a dedicated Tutor for learners with special educational needs in Worcester., In this role, you will help learners who may face difficulties meeting age-related academic expectations. Your guidance will help them build confidence, develop their understanding, and rediscover a love for learning. These tutoring placements may range from 5-25+ hours per week and will be tailored dependent on your availability and the educational needs of the learner.,

  • Design and deliver personalized lesson plans that engage and inspire learners.
  • Track progress and provide thoughtful feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with guardians and educators to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions and learner progress via our virtual learning platform.

    We are seeking tutors who are not only knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate, ready to offer individualized, in-person support to learners with diverse educational challenges in their own homes. If you have experience teaching KS1-KS4 English, Maths, or Science, we would love to hear from you., Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding children.
  • Experience in working with learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs is essential.
