• Support the educational and social development of students.
• Work with children with SEN and those who have struggled in traditional school settings.
• Deliver one-to-one or small group lessons in non-school environments.
• Adapt teaching to individual needs, fostering progress and development.
• Travel to student homes or community-based settings; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
  
  QTS or QTLS qualifications.
• Proven teaching and learning experience.
• Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection knowledge and qualifications., Bring energy, passion, and creativity to every lesson.
• Demonstrate excellent initiative, planning, and organisational skills.
• Ideally, have experience working with students with SEN/SEMH in one-to-one or small group settings.
