Support students with special educational needs in their daily school life.

At least 6 months experience in an education setting (could be volunteering)
Experience with SEN, especially those who need extra support.
A positive, can-do attitude that can handle anything the school day throws your way.
Great communication skills and the ability to keep cool under pressure.
