Key Duties:

• Assist in the delivery of education and bespoke learning strategies for students with special educational needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support in and out of the classroom.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and support a positive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress.
  
  Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is not essential but the desire to build a career in the sector is paramount.
• Understanding of SEN and how to support students effectively.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
