We now have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work with and support a child with individual SEND needs. This role is incredibly rewarding, and the successful candidate will share our goal, to ensure all children receive the support they need to flourish. At Great Addington, we have recently undergone extensive site works, now offering a modern working environment for staff and children alike, that retains its special magic. Following a successful Ofsted inspection in March 2023, parents and carers could not speak more highly of our school, with one parent, typical of many, commenting 'The staff and school are wonderful, and everyone contributes to the community feel of this school.' Staff ensure that they check of pupil's well-being every morning and pupils enjoy school and the know that staff care for them. We hope the successful candidate of this role will continue this legacy throughout their work.

PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust.     Hours: 22.5 hours per week 8:30am - 1pm, Monday to Friday Grade D3, FTE £22,737. This is £11,599.95 per annum pro rata.
