  • Motivation and enthusiasm
  • Understanding of pupil's learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content.
  • The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills.
  • Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions.
  • A level 2 qualification in a relevant subject is essential, level 3 is advantageous.
