Full Job Description
Do you want to join a friendly and dynamic team that supports the delivery of medical and dental education for the healthcare workforce?, We're seeking an Education Programme Officer to provide a broad range of business and administrative support to the medical and dental workforce, training and education (WT&E) team across the South West. The post-holder will be a key member of the team whose overarching goal will be to enable the delivery of an exciting workforce programme. The role will primarily support the medical and dental training programmes, an exciting time to be involved in the changes that are happening in medical education nationally. The successful candidate will work with the Education Programme Lead in the relevant local office to support the operational delivery of medical and dental education programmes across the South West. Working closely with the Education Programme Lead you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation. The NHS England board have set out the top-level purpose for the new organisation to lead the NHS in England to deliver high-quality services for all, which will inform the detailed design work and we will achieve this purpose by:

- Delivering value for money., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. In addition, they must possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task a variety of demands on their time.
