Full Job Description
- Oversee and deliver the production of a wide range of educational products and services to schedule, quality, and budget
- Manage day-to-day activity with key insourcing and outsourcing partners to ensure products and services are delivered to the highest standards
- Working with program managers, lead and coordinate the commissioning of contributors to educational products and supporting collateral
- Support the maintenance of Arm's educational products and services, ensuring the content continues to meet the needs of our users
- Work with colleagues to support educational content and technology development processes and standards that are efficient and deliver value to users and Arm
- Help communicate and advocate for educational product and service plans and processes to internal and external stakeholders
- Track, monitor, and report regularly on key product development critical metrics
Experience in managing the production of educational products and services - Experience managing editorial processes and suppliers
- Ability to work independently in addition to part of a distributed team
- Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills at different levels "Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:
- Proven successful experience in commissioning and author management
- A degree-level qualification or knowledge and skills in a STEM subject
- Experience of working in education, academic, and professional publishing markets
