  • Conduct one-on-one assessments and deliver comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for support and referrals.

  • Support parents, teachers, and professionals involved in children's education, fostering a cohesive educational community.

  • Design interventions promoting psychological well-being, social, emotional, and behavioural development among our students.

  • Professional Development and Growth
  • Provide in-service training for staff on crucial issues such as staff well-being and behavioural understanding.

  • Stay updated with legislative changes, ensuring the Senior Leadership Team is informed, and advise on educational policies and provisions.

  • Collaborative Approach
  • Work closely with social care, health colleagues, and wider children's services to ensure efficient communication and joint planning.

  • Consult with multi-agency teams to determine the best approaches for supporting children's learning and development.

  • Your Impact Matters

As an Educational Psychologist at The Westgate School, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational landscape, facilitate impactful interventions, and contribute to the overall well-being and success of our school community.
