Full Job Description
We are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking for a driven and talented Delivery Consultant to be part of our Managed Service Provision team, based out of one of our North West Offices. We have been awarded a new contract to own and run the full Supply recruitment programme for a MAT in the region across all their schools. You will be supporting our new Account Manager with the delivery of high quality educators for one of our new SupplyBank contracts covering areas such as Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Shropshire. Highly skilled in the attraction, retention and sourcing of engaged and highly skilled Educators you will be instrumental in the delivery of this exceptional service. The Role As a Delivery Consultant for SupplyBank, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. Through acquiring, retaining, nurturing and growing relationships with educators you will support our clients by ensuring their school recruitment hiring needs are met effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities:
- Utilise Boolean search techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Review CVs and actively seek out new educators through headhunting, database searches, networking, advertising and job boards.
- Proactively identify where there are educator shortages and implement effective recruitment and marketing plans to increase the number, type, and utilisation to have full coverage of assigned client.
- Screen and assess educators to match to suitable roles.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of educator interactions and job descriptions.
- Ensure that our Educator journey is as efficient as possible through your interactions and the vender management system.
- Collaborate with the account team to understand client needs and organisational culture.
- Stay informed of industry trends and market developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Support and manage the educator onboarding through the VMS and onto their assignment with the client
Ideally you will have a background in the education staffing sector, with proven experience of educator acquisition, resourcing. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong educator engagement and ongoing relationship development skills. To be successful in this role you will need: - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills mixed with excellent verbal and written communication. .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
