EHCP & Annual Review Coordinator - to work in close collaboration with our Senior Leadership Team.
The role is crucial to ensuring the James Marks Academy Trust can meet pupil needs as outlined in their EHCPs through the statutory EHCP Annual Review process.
The ideal person will be able to use the Annual Review process to demonstrate progress on the pupil journey from the time of joining our Trust, to when they transfer to the next stage of their education, employment or training.
In particular, the role will involve getting to know our pupils, alongside providing effective chairing, administration and organisation on all aspects relating to EHCPs for each pupil. This will involve ensuring EHCP Annual Reviews are held and conducted in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with statutory legislation.
The ideal person will need to be highly organised, computer literate, efficient and motivated; and able to take the initiative when required and be able to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and all stakeholders.
Essential experience:
Minimum 2 years of working within a SEN education setting
Experience of attending EHCP reviews and statutory requirements
Knowledge and understanding of the roles of Local Authority SEN teams & other professionals involved in EHCPs. Our founder site (Roman Fields) details are provided below for correspondence purposes only. To reiterate the role is based in WGC.

Hours: negotiable (term time plus one week for inset days)
