Full Job Description

As the End Users Technology Lead, you will represent the EHR technical platform team on End Users Technology. You will lead your team in providing an excellent technical service in this area, providing mentorship and guidance for your team, setting priorities, and managing their day-to-day workload. - Manage the technical support service of End User Technology and Devices - Maintain and develop processes that supports an effective service and prompt response to support requests and incidents. - Provide mentorship and support for members of the team - Hands on troubleshooting, problem solving and technical support across the trust. - Participate in technical changes and project activities, acting as function lead and technical expert in the area - Maintain excellent relationship with stakeholders in hospital areas. - Effective management and escalation reporting to senior management as appropriate
