The EHR Business Transformation Project Support Officer role will work with the EHR Business Transformation Workstream Leads and Information Officers to support the Business Change Management, Engagement, Communications and Benefits initiatives.

The post-holder will act as a project management specialist within the
Business Transformation Workstream will act as a project specialist and help embed excellent project management approaches to deliver these workstreams on time and to quality. They will work closely with members of the Information Officers, Business Transformation (Business Change, Engagement and Benefits to provide practical administration and project management support, such as meeting organisation and notation, dependencies actions and risk tracking, updating project plans. To communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders.
To provide regular project updates, monitor progress against plan, highlight reporting packs, delivery of the project and post project review to the Programme Board.
To provide written reports at agreed periods of time on the measured
success of the Workstreams and their constituent parts
To build effective relationships with internal staff and external partners to facilitate optimal joint working to create innovative ways to support
development and implementation of improvement projects and programmes.
The post holder is required to deal effectively with staff of all levels
throughout the Trust as and when they encounter on a day-to-day basis. In addition, the post holder will deal with the wider healthcare community and external organisations such as UCLH and Epic . This will include verbal, written and electronic media.
Prepare and present written and oral progress reports setting out progress in relation to the work and learning and alerting the stakeholders to issues requiring discussion and decision.
Sustain effective working relationships with the operational and clinical
teams across the Trust.
Supporting the Project Manager with the management of the Risks and
Issues logs
Ability to successfully collaborate with others of different skill sets,
backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization in
sometimes contentious & challenging situations.
The post holder will need to be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and will need to be able to present information in a variety of ways to both large groups as well as on a 1:1 basis.
At times, the post holder will be required to use persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills to ensure the correct outcome is achieved.
