Full Job Description

The role will be responsible for supporting with the co-ordination and administration of the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Facilities (Facilities Maintenance & Engineering) processes for the Pharmaxo Group. The role holder supports the preparation and maintenance of an effective EHS management system that will reflect the requirements of ISO standards. This will include ongoing creation, review, continual improvement of the EHS and Facilities management systems and processes to ensure they are in place, communicated, effective, and auditable. Providing administrative support for the EHS & Facilities function and EHS Manager, the role will manage document creation and revision, archiving of records, and to register all procedures work instructions and forms on company systems. The role holder will assist with safety inspections and audit preparation and any subsequent action tracking to achieve continual improvement and effect a positive EHS culture and support legally compliant operation. The EHS & Facilities Systems Administrator will arrange and deliver a timely, accurate, and team-focused service to support the wider business in meeting its goals and objectives.

Substantial experience in Microsoft 365 software. Experience of administrative duties. Previous experience of working in an office / production environment. City

  • Annual salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service)
