Full Job Description
The post-holder will be employed on a wide range of fault-finding and maintenance duties. She/he will be responsible for maintaining all Building Fabric, Mechanical & Electricalbuilding services and equipment within the Trust properties.
- To ensure all Health and Safety Control and Asbestos, COSHH and permit to worksystems are adhered to at all times. Reporting any non-safe practices or faultyequipment which could affect their own safety and that of any employee throughoutthe Trust, or Trust property.
- To follow departmental and the Trust's operating policies and procedures whenundertaking this role.
- Required to work on his/her own initiative unsupervised within the standard operatingprocedures and prioritise the work schedule.
- To maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively, especially onthe routine technical information with the recipients who may not be specialists in thetechnical field.
- The post holder shall hold CP accreditations and perform Competent Person (CP)duties for which they are suitably experienced, trained or qualified and appointed
- To participate in the Estates On Call rotas covering various Trust sites as directed. The post-holder will be employed on a wide range of fault-finding and maintenance duties.She/he will be responsible for maintaining all Building Fabric, Mechanical & Electricalbuildingservicesand equipmentwithintheTrustproperties
