Electrical Engineer

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, planned and reactive maintenance of all Electrical systems for on-site commercial buildings and living accommodation, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, and compliant with safety regulations / codes of practice, including SFG20,and all relevant ACoP's / JSP's.

If so, we are looking for 2 experienced Electricians to join our growing estates team, at a key point in the PFI contract. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional, with a strong background in Electrical maintenance and installation, with a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship., City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent technical diploma, including the 18th Edition.

-3 years post qualification experience in Electrical maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.

-Experience with a wide range of Electrical systems and fixtures.

-Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, safe systems of work and industry best practice.

-Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and internal teams.

-Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working at height, and restrictive spaces.

-High level of attention to detail to ensure all work is completed accurately and to the highest standards.

-Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines, with a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.

-Hold a full UK driving license.

-Ability to achieve full security clearance (SC)
