Full Job Description

We're looking for a Electrical Engineer (Multi Skilled) to join our Waltham Schools contract based on sites across London., As an Electrical Engineer (Multi Skilled), you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in maintenance across the school sites. Your day to day will include:

  • PPM's and Reactive maintenance across school sites
  • Able to conduct first line response of M&E equipment, ranging from AHUs, air conditioning, pumps, pressurisation units, generators, fire alarm, security, and access control systems, and has the ability to conduct a variety of building & facilities maintenance tasks, including, but not limited to, electrics & lighting, water & plumbing, HVAC, AHUs & compressors.
  • Previous experience in commercial building services / facilities management

  • 2391 cert holder
  • Full, Clean Driving license as travel to multiple sites is required on a daily basis
