Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for electrical work, ensuring that all projects are priced competitively and accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive electrical cost estimates.


• Conduct site visits to gather essential information and assess project requirements.


• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and material costs.


• Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring that estimates align with project scope and company standards.


• Monitor and adjust estimates as project details evolve, maintaining accuracy throughout the process.


• Work closely with the project management team to ensure a seamless transition from estimation to execution.


• Keep up to date with industry standards, market trends, and material costs to ensure competitive and current estimates.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally within refurbishment projects in the education, healthcare, or retail sectors.


• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and relevant regulations.


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in estimation software and strong IT skills.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
