Full Job Description
- Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical team, including planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns and new installations.
- Direct supervision of the day work, shift technicians and contractors.
- Review work order progress according to time and required standards.
- Contribute to electrical design planning & updates of site electrical drawings.
- Provide progress reports to the work order planning and scheduling team.
- Coordination with production and other departments.
- Supporting and overseeing the sites electrical & instrumentation compliance.
- Coaching of Electrical Apprentices.
- Identifying and ensuring the site has adequate spares for electrical infrastructure.
- Deputise for the Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent, specifically relating to; + HV operation/isolation + Permit writing + Work order scheduling and management,

City & Guilds/NC/HNC in Electrical Engineering. - Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Certified for HV operation and isolation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Must be physically and mentally fit to carry out all required expected duties associate with job: i.e. use of stairs, working at height, confined space entry, and manual handling requirements.
