Electrical Project manager

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical aspects of residential projects across various sites in London. Your duties will include:

• Managing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Developing and reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Developing project timelines and budgets.
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Reporting directly to senior management on project status., The Electrical Project Manager will work from the office 1-2 days a week, with the remaining time spent visiting various sites in London.
