Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team - Residential project , must have background in residential . The successful candidate will oversee electrical installations and maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • + Plan, manage, and supervise electrical projects from inception to completion.
    + Allocate resources, schedule work, and coordinate with other departments and contractors.
    + Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Team Leadership:

    • + Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
    + Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet project standards and safety regulations.
    + Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality and Compliance:

    • + Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
    + Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify quality and safety.
    + Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • + Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during projects.
    + Develop and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.
    + Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • + Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
    + Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients.
    + Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.

    Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience:

    • + Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a similar role.
    + Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
  • Certification:

    • + Valid Black CSCS Card is required.
