Full Job Description

As an electrical supervisor, you'll be responsible for the leadership of a team of electricians, apprentices and improvers across Wiltshire. You'll drive a culture of safety first, ensuring the team comply with all electrical compliance whilst providing an excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for managing the planned, cyclical and response contracts in relation to electrical works and manage the budgets allocated to these contracts accordingly in collaboration with the wider electrical management team. You'll be in regular communication with the wider M&E team, our planned maintenance teams and our response teams to ensure a joined-up approach and a one Aster customer focussed service.,

    You'll have experience working in & be qualified in one or more M&E trade and be accredited in site safety supervision.
  • Communication is key in this role as you'll be working not only with your direct team but collaborating with colleagues so you'll be a confident communicator, clear and concise with your delivery and have the ability to adapt your style dependant on customer needs. As a supervisor, you'll be managing your own workload and juggling that of the teams so the ability to multitask and juggle fluctuating priorities is essential. As you know, the supervisors are out and about on site so you'll need a full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. The role benefits from hybrid working.
