Full Job Description

This post represents an exciting opportunity, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University's Estate and Campus Services Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for delivering a comprehensive, efficient and customer focused service across a diverse range of activities to the Keele University community., The successful candidate will assist with the installation, operation, maintenance, fault finding, testing, repairs and modifications of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, boiler plant and controls, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, providing the highest level of customer service, across the University's estates.

You will have completed a formal apprenticeship & possess a City & Guilds certificate or equivalent.

You will have obtained the Level 3 2239 The Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS 7671-2018) qualification.

Ideally you will have obtained the Level 3 2391 Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations, this training can be provided if you don't have this.

The successful applicant will have post qualification experience along with excellent organisation, planning, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work well within a team., Disability Confident
