Hours: 42 hours per week (7.30-4.30 Mon - Thu, 7.30-4 Fri) plus out of hours call out

Days: Monday - Friday plus out of hours call out ( currently 1 week in 3 but expected to reduce over time)

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Installation servicing and repair to a variety of low voltage electrical control systems,
Installation and commissioning of a variety of instrumentation systems including pressure, levels, temperature and flow,
working to technical specification and blue prints to determine and plan layout,
Test, inspect, diagnose and implement and certify solutions,
provide technical reports and documentation,
Collaborate with other trades staff and contractors,
Ensure adherence to health and safety, regulatory and quality standards.

Experience:

Must have a full electrical apprenticeship or minimum of level 3 qualifications plus 18th Edition and ECS Gold Card.
2391 certification, IPAF/PASMA or SSSTS are an advantage as is water industry experience.
Must have a good level of computer literacy, full driver's licence and the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Due to the call out requirement of this role, we are only able to consider candidates who are based on the Isle of Wight.

Salary: £18 - 20 per hour DOE plus £200 call out standby/wk and 1.25 per hour call out, (OTE £45,000 plus per annum) plus Van, Fuel Card, Laptop and Phone
