Perform detailed inspections of electrical systems in aircraft landing gear assemblies.
Diagnose electrical faults or failures using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to determine root causes of issues.
Repair or replace faulty wiring, sensors, actuators, and other electrical components.
Calibrate and test electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
Carry out preventive maintenance to extend the lifecycle of electrical systems.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications in compliance with MRO and regulatory documentation standards.
Update electrical schematics and technical manuals as necessary.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with aviation safety standards and regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA).
Adhere to company safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
Work closely with other MRO technicians, engineers, and quality assurance teams.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as required
AOG/On wing support if required

Diploma, 'A' Level or equivalent qualification in an electrical engineering subject would be desirable.
Aerospace apprenticeship would be desirable.
Math's and English GCSE A-C Grades equivalent.
Extensive experience within an Aerospace Engineering or equivalent environment.
Previous electrical background (Essential).
Good knowledge of wiring installation techniques and equipment.
A good understanding of SAP - (systems application and product).
Able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the legislative and quality system requirements.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Self-motivated, assertive, and adaptable under pressure to meet delivery targets.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and a flexible approach to work.
Candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
Must be willing to work shifts.
