Full Job Description

Comply with the Health & Safety Policy, ensuring own and others health and safety.
To be responsible for carrying out high quality repairs to the housing stock in accordance with customers requirements working on both occupied and empty homes as the need arises.
To liaise as necessary with other sections / trades to ensure implementation and completion of repairs and maintenance works.
To use any tools, machinery, equipment or hazardous substances in accordance with information and instruction provided.
To report any health and safety concerns or danger to line management as soon as practicable.
To participate in an out of hours standby rota.
Working at heights is a vital part of this role. You must be able to climb ladders and competently undertake the duties of an operative.
A van will be provided so a drivers licence is essential.

Are you a qualified electrician, but not completed City & Guilds 2391 and / or AM2 Electrotechnical training? We can provide the training and additional qualification as part of the job., Driving Licence
AM2 National Electrotechnical training
C&G Level 3 Certificate in Inspection, Testing and Certification of electrical (2391 or BS2391 or equivalent)
City & Guilds 18th Edition (Level 3 award in the requirements for electrical installations BS 7671 : 2018)
Relevant experience post qualification
Level 3 Electro technical studies C&G 2330 or 2357 or equivalent

Starting at £35,875, your salary will increase to £37,875 when you have completed the above accreditation. Your salary will also increase by 4.
