Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.

As part of the Energy team, the Senior Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our UKPN project delivery within the energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the electrical industry to make a significant impact on our company's success., Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role

Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
