• Install Renewable Energy Components: Install solar electric PV systems, battery storage, and EVs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is safe and complies with current regulations.
• Timely and High-Quality Installations: Complete installations in a timely, cost-effective manner to a high standard.
• Team Collaboration: Assist and work as a team with PV Roofers when required.
• Continuous Learning: Keep technical knowledge current through company and self-driven training.
• Project Documentation: Ensure project documents are complete, current, and accurate.
• Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting as directed.
• Adherence to Methodology: Effectively apply TLGEC methodology and adhere to site standards.
• Resource Management: Identify project resources and work with materials efficiently and effectively.
  
  Technical Expertise: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems and related electrical components.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in following technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality installations.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively during installation and maintenance tasks.
• Safety Awareness: Strong understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other professionals, such as PV Roofers and project managers, to achieve project goals., City & Guilds/NVQ Trade Qualified or equivalent, demonstrable experience.
