Ability to develop and mentor a group of Engineers with a clear vision to drive towards a unified set of objectives
  • Deep understanding of EMAG principles (including EMC / EMI) and fundamental knowledge of associated failure modes and legislation
  • Experience in conductive, radiative and coupling emissions assessment during different vehicle operating modes (e.g. charging, traction) across all propulsion commodities.
  • Experience in EMAG analysis associated with electric drive units, inverters and battery electric modules
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of EMAG analysis and associated tools (e.g. CST), analysis delivery and method development process
  • Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work. Some roles require more on-site work, but details of this can be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview stage.
