Full Job Description

  • Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient plant operations.
  • Implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and maximize profit.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize uptime and availability.
  • Manage maintenance budget to meet P&L projections.
  • Perform maintenance on various plant equipment, including conveyors, baling equipment, and separation technologies.
  • Apply knowledge of mobile plant operations.
  • Adhere to company quality, environmental, and health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee contractor safety, including inductions and method statement reviews.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance operations and liaise with internal and external customers.

    Strong planning management
  • Experience in the mobile and fixed plant
  • Experience with large scale process equipment.
  • Experience with engineering contractors
  • Experience with organising external contractors with large and small projects
  • Large and small project control and management.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Statutory inspection regulations.
  • Low voltage power systems
  • Understanding of condition monitoring techniques
  • Control Systems and Software (DCS/SCADA/HMI/PLC)
