Electronics Build Technician

Our global team is responsible for the successful delivery of innovative product and system designs for our customers.Take ownership for the production of our products The Electronic Assembler will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing of cutting edge subsea oil and gas equipment. You will focus on electronics, from soldering of components through to circuit testing and debugging. The role also presents an amazing opportunity to gain further qualifications in electronics and progress to at least Technician level.As a Electronic Assembler you will be responsible for:

• Performing electronic assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, chassis wiring assemblies.
• Conducting soldering of electronic components and assembly of electrical sub-systems.
• Conducting broader electrical build work, occasionally working with 3-Phase electrics.
• Prioritizing and assigning work based on production schedule.
• Maintaining production quality and health and safety standards whilst completing tasks
  
  Have experience working as an Electronics Technician, in an assembly and soldering capacity.
• Have experience of soldering electronic components – IPC-610 would be helpful, but not essential.
• Have strong soldering skills, including of SMT devices, working with PCBs etc.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to be a valuable team player
