    About the role

    This is a new role supporting the leadership team of Ellenbrooke, the consultancy & training trading style of Exemplas to deliver services to clients across the UK. Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role helping our leadership team deliver exceptional services, by providing high quality operational and logistical assistance that ensures smooth operations and drives continual improvement.

    The role will:

  • Handle new sales inquiries, maintain the sales pipeline, follow up on proposals,

  • and set up new clients in the system.
  • Manage client data, oversee shared mailboxes, maintain client relationships, and

  • maintain records in SharePoint.
  • Provide business support to the Ellenbrooke leadership team, including organising

  • meetings, events, and maintaining team competence records.
  • Arrange supplier quotations, process invoices, raise client invoices, and liaise with

  • treasury for debt recovery and account queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide operational assistance to enhance quality

  • assurance.

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, strong organisational skills, and experience

  • with office software like Microsoft Office, excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients,

  • colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer service, managing client accounts, and basic financial

  • processes such as invoicing and budget management.
  • Experience in project management, familiarity with business management

  • systems, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing

  • priorities and work environments.

    This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility to work from home. However, you will need to visit our Hatfield office every couple of weeks to collaborate with colleagues. We are open to job sharing or a four-day work week for the right candidate.

    While we are primarily focused on finding the right person, the salary range is approximately £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (FTE).
