Full Job Description

  • Have a good understanding of email client constraints, browsers, and accessibility guidelines

  • Follow industry best practice guidelines, keep on top of the latest trends and make sure all templates and designs are responsive and maximised for mobile platforms

  • Design and develop our email templates that are engaging and on brand

  • Have good time management skills, as you'll work on various email projects for multiple stakeholders simultaneously

  • Monitor and analyse email campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates and conversions to optimise future campaigns

  • Support the Email Developer as and when needed to build email campaigns

  • Work with CRM Managers to identify creative A/B testing opportunities, To do this, we believe our employees must represent different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences.     Email Marketing experience is essential

  • Highly skilled in HTML/CSS coding with a minimum of one years' experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues

  • Have a passion for design and be up to date with the latest trends

  • Open to feedback and critique - you should be curious and excited to improve

  • Comfortable presenting designs to stakeholders and taking live feedback

  • Experience working with web-based apps like Figma and Miro

  • Email Marketing Platform (ESP) experience such as Adobe

  • Experience of personalisation tools such as Moveable Ink (desirable)
