  • Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Embroidery and T-shirt Printing Shop Manager to oversee our printing operations and ensure the timely production of high-quality printed and embroidered materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment print production and managing garment print projects. This role will involve opening and closing the shop on a daily basis. Great opportunity to join a start-up business and grow with us.
    Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Opening and closing the shop on a daily basis.

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of print and embroidery production processes

  • Taking orders for walk-in customers, emails and social media messages.

  • Posting on social media channels.

  • Oversee the printing schedule to meet deadlines.

  • Ensure the quality of printed and embroidered clothing that meets company standards

  • Ordering materials from suppliers

  • Managing and training additional staff when needed.

  • End-to-end shop management

  • Ensure the equipment used is treated correctly, in accordance with training

    Good level of Corel Draw/Photoshop/Illustrator skills

  • Proficiency in Embroidery and DTF print production processes and technologies (but not essential)

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple print projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in printed materials.

  • Ability to run low noise Happy Japan computerised embroidery machines.

  • Happy to learn as training will be provided


  • What we are looking for:Someone with some experience would be great but is not essential
    Happy to work as part of a team.
    Any sewing/embroidery experience would be great but is not essential
    Physically fit as you will be on your feet throughout the day and lifting/moving boxes.

  • Schedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Working with computerised Embroidery Machine: 1 year (preferred)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)
    Experienced and trainees welcome

  • Wages depending on experience
