EME Engineer / Senior Engineer

Malvern Optical is an independent research, development provider primarily in the electro-optic and electro-magnetic (radio-frequency) systems domains. In addition, the Company provides electro-magnetic measurement services and electro-optical materials assessment and evaluation both at laboratory and platform level. We also provide independent technical advice within these areas.

We require a skilled engineer / senior engineer to join our team at the Malvern Optical Facility on Pershore Airfield, to undertake a range of EMC and TEMPEST testing primarily on military products and platforms. The successful candidate may, in addition to his or her testing and reporting tasks, assist in providing EMC consultancy. Evidence of EMC and / or TEMPEST testing experience in a business environment is essential.

Familiarity of working within a UKAS accredited or CPTAS or approved environment is desirable. Equally, familiarity with RF communication networks is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000 - £48,000 per year depending on skills and experience
