Beschrijving van het bericht Chief Marketing Officer, EMEA Are you a senior leader who collaborates with colleagues and peers to create marketing strategies and track success This leadership role positions you to drive regional marketing strategies, align marketing activities with campaign goals and deliver marketing initiatives within the region while partnering with leaders to test and evolve campaigns as you monitor metrics. It's an outstanding growth opportunity! Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team and are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. What the day will look like As a regional leader, you will take the initiative in the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns to drive growth, ensuring alignment with Aon's global marketing strategy. You will have a dual reporting line into the Head of Global Marketing and Region CEO. We know that our global strategies succeed when we understand and support regional needs, which is where you will own the tailoring of content to suit the local markets and demands of the region. Through coordination of in-region marketing communications in collaboration with other regional leaders, your team will build consistent messaging and resolve appropriate regional critical metrics and marketing growth targets. With the focused support of colleagues and their dedication to improvement, you will continue to grow your skills, knowledge, and experiences every day. Other responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementation of regional and local marketing events and campaigns with post-event reporting to rigorously deploy, monitor, test and adjust campaign strategies in the market and activation across paid media, social media and Aon.com.
  • Align marketing strategy, planning, and campaigns in partnership with the Head of Global Marketing and regional CCOs.
  • Work in collaboration with global Risk Capital and Human Market Strategy Leads, and their respective teams, to position regional content needs for global solution line development and ensure consistent regional messaging.
  • Direct the marketing team's work to create regionally relevant, integrated "Aon United" demand-focused, multi-channel programs by buyer type, persona and segment that move clients through the sales funnel.
  • Drive regional key objectives for demand-focused programs while guiding and supporting buyer leaders and sub-regional growth marketing leaders to plan and deliver activities that support growth priorities.
  • How this opportunity is different Unlike similarly-titled roles in other companies that distribute global content in local languages, we expect you to collaborate closely with the regional CEO, regional CCO and regional solution line/business leaders to build and deliver a robust marketing plan that aligns to regional growth priorities and regional revenue goals. Your team is encouraged to continually challenge and review results and impact to ensure we continue to deliver a plan that support the regional goals. Skills and experience that will lead to success As one of the regional chief marketing officers, the capabilities that you bring to your team include experience with digital marketing to implement paid and organic campaign activations. A track record in B2B and marketing communications and demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a sophisticated, matrixed environment will help the team thrive. Also critical are demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings and strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to implement programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency. Other beneficial skills include:
  • Prior experience as part of an executive leadership team is preferred, with the initiative to lead through influence and participate as an active and vocal member of the team.
  • Ability to lead teams through organizational change.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Record of monitoring analytics and campaigns to drive successful outcomes and desired return on investment with an understanding of business analytics, measurement, and dashboards
  • Education Degree in marketing and/or communications or equivalent work experience How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. Plus, our agile, inclusive environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Furthermore, all colleagues enjoy two "Global Wellbeing Days" each year, encouraging you to take time to focus on yourself. We offer a variety of working style solutions, but we also recognise that flexibility goes beyond just the place of work... and we are all for it. We call this Smart Working! Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential. As a result, at Aon, you are more connected, more relevant, and more valued. We provide individuals with disabilities reasonable accommodations to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us to request an accommodation on reasonableaccomodations@aon.com Aon values an innovative, diverse workplace where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
