Full Job Description

  • Driving month end close process from FP&A perspective including data gathering, revenue and cost analysis, preparing and posting revenue and cost accruals/deferrals and participating in business review meetings.

  • Driving the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the EMEA Capital Markets business.

  • Reviewing and analysing EMEA CM pipeline to identify risks and opportunities and provide insights to CM Leadership.

  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance analyses.

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring financial trends to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Collaborating with regional and local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

  • Supporting Eurasia CM Head of Finance with ad-hoc requests and analysis

  • Providing analytical support for business and finance stakeholders.

  • Partnering with EMEA CM Hotels business to provide value-added management information and assist in decision making process.

  • Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    The individual will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis function across the EMEA region for our Capital Markets sub-segment. This role requires a high level of analytical capability, financial acumen, and business partnership skills to support and drive the financial performance of the business.

  • Minimum 5-7 years previous working experience in a similar position with solid management accounting experience

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Able to build effective business relationships at all levels and used to working in a matrix organisation;

  • Confident working within a fast paced, challenging environment;

  • Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
