Full Job Description
- Liaise with senior EMEA business stakeholders, Sales, Trading and clients to develop and implement the roadmap to grow our European franchise in Flow Rates.
- Build business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products, as well as assessing revenue potential. Continue to monitor revenue and return on investment throughout the product lifecycle
- Understand the needs, drive adoption of the tools you develop and present product strategy to senior stakeholders in the region.
- Partner with Technology to successfully deliver business initiatives
- Incorporate our Agile practices into day to day (retrospectives, backlog grooming, OKRs, sprints, stand-ups)
Ideally 5+ years of experience of Product Management within the financial sector using Agile methodologies. - Strong leadership skills and previous experience driving and delivering initiatives involving several stakeholders
- Knowledge of trading Investment Bank products in the area of Rates. Specific experience with Algo / Electronic Trading a plus
- Inquisitive, mature and able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English to support local client base
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
