Full Job Description

Reporting to our Commercial Leader of Strategic Cloud, this role is responsible for growing revenue within multiple global Data Center accounts. The individual will focus on integrating with a matrix team to best support the assigned accounts. We will look to you to develop, grow, and maintain sales and run customer relationships at all levels and own all commercial activity within the accounts in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate would be from a technology organization and have a successful track record of selling ICT or building services infrastructure solutions within Data Centre environments. How You'll Help Us Connect the World

  • Work with the regional sales leadership to identify, engage and build a position of influence with a defined list of Hyperscale, Cloud & MTDC accounts.
  • Work with the regional sales leadership to identify and build a plan to secure significant major enterprise opportunities to be agreed as target pursuits.
  • Represent COMMSCOPE at Data Centre customer forums and events.
  • Collaborate with other COMMSCOPE groups working in the Hyperscale, Cloud & MTDC space, including the global scale Data Centre team and market management groups.
  • Maintain and manage an opportunity funnel along with ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting to regional leadership.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Hyperscale, Cloud & MTDC team as a Sales Manager for the EMEA region. This role can be based anywhere in Europe and will require you to travel across the region., Bachelor's Degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in sales, business development or account management within the Hyperscale, Cloud & MTDC industry.
  • Knowledge of ICT infrastructure and Data Centre buying behaviors.
  • Proven ability to close deals with new accounts & increasing wallet share with existing accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage, grow and nurture large accounts. Skilled in planning and communicating plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Ability to create a value proposition based on customer needs and identified gaps.
