Working within the EMEA sales region, excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with both internal and external contacts. This role will include travel within the UK and the wider EMEA region. Responsibilities Support and maintain existing Premium Support Cover (PSC) customers with focus on contract renewals Identify and deliver potential upgrades to existing PSC model and operations with a view to growing the business, including roll out into wider EMEA region Coordinate and partake in Transportable Probe Test Rig (TPTR) visits to customer sites Assist with and take ownership of other projects in the EMEA service development plan including the development of global service web content, supporting marketing campaigns, and operational process improvements Key requirements A higher education qualification, ideally to degree level, or proven experience in a similar role Commercial acumen or desire to develop a commercial skillset Must have a full UK driving
license and hold a valid passport Highly motivated self-starter and able to work without supervision Excellent planning and communication skills Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft products, including Word and Excel Previous experience within a corporate sales or service support role (preferred, not essential) Knowledge of Sage applications including Repair Logs and Sales Review (preferred, not essential) The successful applicant will be organized and motivated with a positive attitude. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a real team player.
