Full Job Description

  • Full Ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for our commercial and marketing departments in the EMEA region (London, Paris, Istanbul, Moscow)
  • Effective management of 5-8 positions at one time (Sales Development Representatives, Sales Manager, (Senior) Client Success Manager, Digital Marketing Manager roles tec, etc)
  • Communicate openly with candidates and hiring team to ensure a fantastic candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Passive candidate attraction - direct sourcing & candidate engagement, positioning Emarsys & matching for our cultural fit, shortlisting qualified candidates
  • Develop an understanding of cloud-based technology and digital marketing to build your own brand and credibility in our industry
  • Support regional TA & HR Team with ad hoc recruitment logistics and tasks
  • Craft compelling role profiles and recruiting marketing content for our employer branding
