Full Job Description

Join our friendly and welcoming team. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our CQC rated good Urgent and Emergency Care department.

Experience of working in the urgent and emergency care sector is desirable, or a passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
The post holder will demonstrate advanced clinical assessment and treatment skills with clear communication and management plans in line with local guidelines.
The post holder will engage in continuous CPD throughout their employment and have a willingness to share experience and teaching with the wider team.
The post-holder will be expected to undertake all the duties and responsibilities associated with an expert practitioner working within urgent and emergency care., A nurse or paramedic who is an autonomous practitioner and has experience in working in urgent or emergency department settings
Experienced in managing a wide range of patients presenting with injury and illness
Keen to develop your scope of practice and depth of knowledge and skills
Looking join an exceptional ED multidisciplinary team
Practice in compliance with your code of professional conduct and within your agreed scope of practice, being responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and omissions at this level of practice.
Practice at a high level of clinical expertise in assessing and diagnosing patients who present to the Adult Emergency Department.
