To assist the healthcare practitioner to carry out routine health related activities within the acute setting., The role of Emergency Department Assistant is to support the clinical care of patients within the Emergency Department and to prepare clinical areas to receive patients. Roles and Responsibilities:Cleaning equipmentRe stocking equipmentServing refreshmentsAssisting with patients basic care needsCommunicating with patients and their friends/familiesUnfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship
