Full Job Description
You will act as a resource for clinical expertise and maintain clinical skills by undertaking regular 1:1 clinical practice supporting members of the team. You will provide professional, leadership and support and maintain full competence through regular practice.
You will contribute to the quality improvement agenda by contributing to the development of staff groups, undertaking audit and supporting service development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse with post-registration experience in Emergency Care, to join us as a Emergency Department Practice Trainer.
Preferably the successful candidate will have experience at a senior level.
This position is full time within the Practice Trainer role.
The post holder will be expected to deliver education and supervision in practice as well as facilitating formal education and training sessions. There will be a significant focus on quality improvement involvement and service development for the Emergency Department.
