We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated compassionate individual to join our team. An experienced nurse leader who is enthusiastic and dynamic. Working in conjunction with the wider hospital team to deliver a high standard of care to all our patients.
Managing and leading a busy department and team of ED staff. Motivating and role modelling high standards, implementing and driving improvements and initiatives. Continuously striving to achieve an outstanding Emergency department.

As a busy dynamic team, we are responsible for promoting and protecting the reputation of the Trust. We do this through delivering high standards of care to all our patients and community. We continuously strive towards achieving an outstanding department through on going improvements and initiatives. Developing and nourishing a positive culture is at the heart of all we do in our ED.

The post-holder will provide enthusiastic, passionate and innovative Nursing team leadership, demonstrating outstandingevidence based clinical practice and leadership within the multi-professional team, combined withclear and effective operational/resource management. To lead on the development of nursing practice and standards of care.To deputise for the Matron when necessary.
