Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Planning & Business Continuity Officer (EPBCO) to join our Corporate Operations team.

The EPBCO will lead the Trust's Emergency Planning, Resilience, and Response (EPRR) function, ensuring that our Trust is fully compliant with NHS England Core Standards for Emergency Preparedness and that all sites and services meet high standards of safety and preparedness.

The ideal candidate will offer expert advice to senior leaders, ensuring comprehensive readiness for incidents and emergencies, as well as maintaining robust business continuity and response plans.

By joining our team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the continuity of essential healthcare services and enhancing the resilience of our Trust. You'll have the opportunity to work with senior leaders, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure our organisation is well-prepared to respond to emergencies. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment where your expertise will have a tangible impact on patient care and safety.

Thank you for your interest in this role.
